Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Daisy Grae, but we do understand you sometimes need to return a purchase. All merchandise returned within 30 days are eligible for store credit or exchange. All returns and exchanges include free shipping as long as they are returned within 30 days! :) 

In order to return or exchange, please email us at info@daisygrae.com and request a USPS return shipping label! Once we receive your request, a return shipping label will be emailed to you.

Don’t forget! Include your packing slip with your return purchase as it has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you in the form of an E gift card!  Items purchased with your store credit are final sale! 

ALSO! Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return or exchange. No deodorant, makeup stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or any other stains will be accepted. 

All final sale items are non-returnable! Those items include everything in the sale tab!
